Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of NPR Grenade (the "Service") operated by The Brand Arsenal. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

NPR Grenade is a SaaS platform for generating and distributing New Product Releases. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your business while your subscription is active.

2. Account & Subscription

  • You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • Trials are 7 days. After the trial ends a paid subscription begins unless you cancel.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period. You can cancel anytime in the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at period end — no partial refunds.
  • Annual plans paid in advance are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing committed annual terms keep their original price until renewal.

3. Your content

You own everything you import or create — product data, brand assets, generated NPRs, custom domains. We claim no rights over it. You grant us the limited license required to host, process, and distribute it on your behalf.

You are responsible for confirming you have the right to use any content you import (product photos, logos, copy from sites you do not own). Importing content you do not have a license for is a violation of these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content.
  • Send spam, run unsolicited bulk email, or violate CAN-SPAM / CASL / GDPR.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
  • Re-sell or sublicense the Service without a written agreement.
  • Exceed reasonable rate limits or attempt to circumvent quota enforcement.

5. Third-party integrations

The Service connects to third-party platforms (Shopify, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, LinkedIn, Stripe, Bannerbear, etc.). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not liable for changes, outages, or policy decisions made by those providers.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, templates, and brand, is owned by The Brand Arsenal. The limited license in Section 1 does not transfer any IP.

7. Confidentiality

We will not disclose your non-public business data except as required to operate the Service or as required by law.

8. Service-level expectations

We target 99.5% uptime measured monthly. We provide email support during US business hours. Critical issues (data loss, billing) are handled 24/7.

9. Termination

You can terminate your account anytime. We can terminate or suspend your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that puts other customers at risk. On termination you can export your data for 30 days; after that we may delete it.

10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of laws. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
